r of a prostitute, Rosie (Waheeda Rehman), who was unhappily married to Marco (Kishore Sahu), and wants to take up acting and dancing as a career. Rosie separates and moves in with Raju and his mom (Leela Chitnis). Then both re-locate, and with Raju's encouragement, she succeeds in an acting and dancing career, resulting in both becoming very wealthy. He then succumbs to gambling, and alcohol, and forges Rosie's signature. He is arrested, tried in court, found guilty and imprisoned. Now discharged from prison, he changes his mind about returning home to his mother, and decides to go elsewhere and start afresh - a decision that will alter his life and way of thinking forever.
Des Pardes (1978) (DVDRip) Samir Sahni is a farmer living with his mom, dad, wife, Rama, a young daughter, and his younger brother, Veer. Samir gets an offer to work in the U.K
., and departs accordingly. He would like to settle there, and after doing so, would like his family to also join him. The years go by, and Samir keeps in touch with his family regularly. Then the Sahni family stop receiving any letters from him, and are anxious to know what has happened to him. Veer is asked to travel to U.K. to find out, and he does so. What he finds are tens of thousands of East Indians on fake passports, working for less than minimum wages, poor unhealthy conditions, fear of being deported, and paying half of their earnings to fellow East Indians who had got them here through the underground. Veer finds no sign of his brother, and sets out to investigate, only to find deceit, murder, and his very own life in danger.

When they get invited to their anniversary party, Sushma is all set, but Dilip must complete his painting, Sushma is displeased and snatches his paint brushes from his, an argument ensues, and Dilip grabs Sushma by the neck and chokes her to death. Sushma's sister, who witnesses this, calls the police, who arrive and arrest Dilip for murder. Dilip is produced before the courts, where he is sent for psychiatric evaluation to the care of Dr. Trivedi. However, Dilip escapes from this institute and breaks into a house with a lone married woman, Rekha, in it. Dilip decides to hole up here for sometime. Meanwhile the police have been informed, believing him a danger to others, they have launched a manhunt. Dilip decides to remain in Rekha's house for sometime until the police leave the area. What Dilip does not know that the police are already aware of his presence, and there is a dead body of the woman's husband in this very house.

Rocky, the last unsung patriot in the Gomes family which was well known for its tradition of having sacrificed everything for the cause of liberation of Goa, was unlike his ancestors because his grandmother, the only surviver of the family had very cautiously kept away Rocky from the influence of politics and revolutionary movement. But he was born to be the liberator of Goa and all circumstances worked up to provide him a field so that he could become immortal. The happy go lucky Rocky turned into a maniac when his love was frustrated with the death of his beloved Maria who fell a victim to Portuguese atrocities. Rocky avenged her death by killing Portuguese tyrants. Then by force of circumstances, Rocky was dragged into the revolutionary movement and he identified himself with the ideal of his country's freedom. Thus the found an opportunity and an altar to pour out all his suppressed attachment and love for his country providing his people a life of honor and grace. His sacrifices kindled a fire of freedom in each hear which was enough to burn down the malicious designs of those who do not honor the people right to be free to govern themselves.
